“Mica was a very small company when it was founded in 1989.
At the time, we were the only mining company in the United States, and the only one in the world that was going to drill gold out of a mine,” says co-founder John Kneebone.
“It was a wild idea, and it was a little bit risky.
But it turned out that we had a great team of people that were passionate about what we were doing.”
Mica’s first ore prospector, John Hockley, died in 1997, but his daughter, Ann, who worked on the company’s development, has remained active in the industry.
Now she’s on the board of the new Goldcorp mine, which is in the town of Mica, Arizona.
Goldcorps, which has $1.6 billion in revenue, is one of the largest miners in the country.
The company is owned by billionaire Gina Raimondo, who owns the Chicago Cubs.
The mining boom in the past decade has created thousands of new jobs, and Mica has seen an uptick in sales and profits.
The town of nearly 3,500 people, in an area known for its mineral deposits, was once known as a place where a young boy would get his first gold shovel.
Now, mining jobs are in high demand, with the prospect of new riches being made.
But there are many challenges ahead for the town.
In the 1980s, it was an impoverished town, and when the oil boom began, its fortunes were quickly eroded.
But the oil and gas boom has given it new life.
Mining has been a part of Minaica’s history since the 1890s, when the town’s founder, John Koeble, was a boy working for a coal company.
He remembers that his family had to take on a job to support the family’s farming, and he was fortunate enough to be able to earn enough money to support his family.
He also says that Mica was one of only two towns in Arizona that had no electric power.
The oil boom and gas busts have meant Micaans economic prospects have been affected by the boom.
Now it is the second largest city in Arizona, with a population of just over 3,000.
“We’re going to need the mining boom to keep us afloat,” Koebones wife, Susan, says.
“There’s always going to be the potential for the oil or gas boom to come back, and I don’t know if Mica is prepared for that.”
And as it does so, Mica will have to contend with a variety of challenges.
As the oil industry and mining boom is changing the town, the mining industry has also changed.
The industry that Milla mines is a global industry.
While it has only been in business since 2006, it has already added more than 1,500 jobs in Arizona and around the world.
Mica mines are currently operating in the Powder River Basin of western Wyoming, the Grand Canyon and the San Juan Islands.
The mines are operated by two companies, Copper River Minerals and the Utah Valley Minerals, both of which are owned by the same family.
Milla also operates an operation in the San Gabriel Mountains of northern California, and in 2015, the company was acquired by one of America’s largest mining companies, General Mills, and is now owned by Cargill.
Mia was a small town until it had the mining opportunity.
Today, it is one the largest mining towns in the U.S., with more than 4,500 employees.
“The mines have been incredibly important to Mica,” Kneefeber says.
It is one reason the town is able to pay for itself with so much revenue.
